With an upbringing spanning Germany and Australia and roots in the wider Balkan region, Romeo brings a truly international perspective shaped by diverse cultural and commercial environments. His professional background includes Europe’s prestigious aerospace sector and extensive experience working with high-end global brands, however his passion now lies with sharing a different kind of insight: the lived reality of building a life abroad.
Investing in coastal Montenegro in 2022 and establishing a permanent base directly on the Bay of Kotor, he has recently begun documenting the journey of experiencing the country beyond alluring headlines and marketing material — exploring both the beauty and the challenges of relocation, lifestyle and belonging in this phenomenal Mediterranean land.
His philosophy is grounded in sharing his candid real-world experience. Insight is only meaningful when it is shared honestly, allowing others to benefit from personal knowledge that can only be gained through lived experience as a global citizen.

Raised within a family property investment environment and later gaining firsthand experience as an international buyer in Montenegro, Naisi brings a highly international and diverse perspective shaped by both heritage and lived experience.
Her global outlook was formed from an early age, beginning with her first independent international travel across continents at 14. By the age of 25, she had already travelled across five continents and has since lived and worked across three, developing a deep appreciation for different cultures, lifestyles and the relationship between people and place.
Naisi’s focus is centred on understanding the deeper connection between people and place — recognising that choosing where to live is about far more than a property transaction. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience as a counsellor, including three years working within a psychiatric hospital environment, she brings a deep understanding of human behaviour, personal aspirations and the factors that influence major life decisions.
This perspective shapes her belief that finding the right place is not simply about the property itself, but about whether a location aligns with an individual’s values, lifestyle, ambitions and vision for the future.
She believes it is the responsibility of trusted advisors to share honest insight and lived experience, enabling individuals and families to make fully informed decisions about where they choose to build their lives.
